Škoda že nejde welness

Automat vom Kakao 2 Trage nicht gegangen.

Dobrý den jen nás zklamal welnes který jsme měli zaplacený.a s toho nesla Finská sauna takže by jsem chtěla nějaké řešení. A v dětském bazénku dost studená voda..měla by být pro dítě teplejší

Není co vy se nelíbilo

If I have to eat that breakfast for 2 days in a row is OK but after the third day it makes you feel tired of the same; there are no options nor rotating menu like other hotels; also have to add that the buffet quality is bad too, for the price I would rater eat from menu, meat no flavor is like steamed meat with sauce; lamb is usually a tasty meat but your lamb was not! By the way the espresso coffee at the automatics machine for breakfast needs improved, one machine is nasty because uses powder milk with bad quality coffee beans, the opposite side machine was something intermediate because uses true milk but coffee bean still no good!; also pool are doesn't have ventilation as is like been in a sauna just outside the pool. I have 6 years traveling to CZ extreme and this is my first time that have to complain for breakfast quality, even lower level hotels with less food options the food was better, fresh and more tasty. Also the filet I ordered my last night was not a filet! was a different meat part but not a tenderloin, flavor was good but when you have to do effort to cut a piece of tenderloin is not a tenderloin.

Bazén byl hodně studený.

Boli tvrdé matrace a vankúše . V bazéne studená voda .
